Types of challenges
After registration, the player is eligible to choose from the ongoing events (physical and digital). They have the freedom to complete the selected item in any order. Currently, there are 3 types of mechanics for the challenges:
Quizzes: Players test their knowledge with multiple-choice questions. There is only one correct option for each statement, with four possible alternatives. Each quiz has a maximum score of 50 BR points for a correct answer, but there is a penalty of -10 BR points for each incorrect alternative marked by the player. Finally, what makes this type of challenge competitive is the timer for the response. The timer starts when the question is displayed and continues even if the player exits the screen and returns to the quiz;
Collection: Gathering items and treasures through augmented reality. When selecting this type of challenge, a screen with instructions and tips appears to guide the player to the correct location. If the scanned object matches the one from the current challenge, a button will appear to collect the item and complete the mission. Each collection is worth 200 BR points;
Visit: In a physical event, Explore booths, talks, or key points for progression in the story. When selecting this type of challenge, a screen with instructions and tips appears to guide the player to the correct location. In the case of a lecture visit, it also includes the title, date, and time so the player won't miss the unique event. If the scanned object matches the one from the current challenge, an event will be triggered (dialogue or contemplative animation), allowing the player to complete the mission and return to other challenges. Each visit is worth 150 BR points.
